Che Afrique is an educator, singer, song writer an up and coming actress from Boston, Ma. With her Afro-Caribbean roots and southern influences, she uses her platform to educate, enlighten, and entertain those around her. The pride and passion she holds for her African culture is bold in expression, historic, refreshing and gives others permission to love themselves unapologetically. Che displays raw talent and vibrancy in her artistry and life that is contagious and inspirational. Che Afrique began her musical journey by playing the Tenor pan in her family's Trinidadian Steel drum band from age 6-11yrs. She performed in the Boston & Cambridge Caribbean Carnivals as well as for private events. In high school & college, Che took an interest in acting, improv, and singing. By adulthood, Che began to push her vocal talent to the forefront. She gained popularity by singing popular Reggae and AfroBeat covers throughout Boston before starting to explore with writing her own music. Che is just beginning her artistic and social legacy; not just as a performer but as an influencer of people.
